licq-plugin-qt4-common software package provides common data files for the Qt4 and KDE4 Licq plugins, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install licq-plugin-qt4-common
licq-plugin-qt4-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the licq-plugin-qt4-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep licq-plugin-qt4-common *
